Jon the property manager is so responsive and you can tell really does care for everyone that lives here. Never have had such a positive experience with property management until living at The Charli.

I lived at The Charli for a couple years and would highly recommend it to anybody looking for an apartment.

I just renewed my lease for another year. I love The Charli. For months before I moved in, I knew it's where I wanted to be. The location and area is great and convenient. Jon, the manager, is amazing and great to work with. The maintenance team always gets my maintenance requests done the next business day. I love the view. If I had a magic wand, I'd add a pool, hot tub, and gym somehow... but everything else that's great about The Charli outweighs the lack of those things. I love it here!
