I just renewed my lease for another year. I love The Charli. For months before I moved in, I knew it's where I wanted to be. The location and area is great and convenient. Jon, the manager, is amazing and great to work with. The maintenance team always gets my maintenance requests done the next business day. I love the view. If I had a magic wand, I'd add a pool, hot tub, and gym somehow... but everything else that's great about The Charli outweighs the lack of those things. I love it here!

I couldn't be happier with my experience living at theCHARLI! This place has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Particular standouts for me are the modern high-end appliances, controlled access to the building, gated parking garage, bike racks with a bike wash station, and a delightful modern aesthetic that always gets compliments when I have guests. The location, just on the outskirts of Downtown Salt Lake, is a big plus for me. It’s close enough to walk to many nearby restaurants, and 800 S has a bike lane making biking into the city easy and safe. Being away from the center of Downtown also means nights are relatively quiet. Plus, being the tallest building in the area, I have a fantastic unobstructed view of the mountains from my balcony. Aside from the physical building, what really sets theCHARLI apart for me is the exceptional community manager, Jon. Jon is incredibly helpful and always follows through on his promises. Whenever I've had a request or needed assistance, Jon ensures that everything is taken care of quickly and efficiently, and he is amazing at communicating everything so I never feel out of the loop. theCHARLI would easily get 6/5 stars from me if I could. I've been very happy to call this place home.

As a vendor working with the Charli apartments, I have to say that Jon and his team are so professional and wonderful to work with. I provided real estate photography services for this beautiful community, and each time I have arrived, the property is immaculate, 100% ready for photos. I have also seen how the on-site team interacts with prospects and residents and It is obvious that customer service is a top priority for them. I cannot say enough great things about this property.

I have lived at the Charli, for almost a year. I have only had to submit one maintenance request, and they immediately responded and fixed the issue. I am a certified building inspector and can attest to the quality of the construction. I rarely hear my neighbors, and everyone is friendly, (but not too friendly :) Managment is awesome, down to earth, present and professional.

The Charli apartments are BEAUTIFUL! the studios are truly breathtaking and such a steal for almost 900sf is about $2k! Truly lovely property with the cutest backstory (used to be a chocolate factory!) and the whole thing really comes together with the manager Jon who is truly wonderful at his job. Heck we wanted to sign for an apartment almost immediately because we liked him so much! The Charli is a diamond in the rough and anyone should snag up the opportunity to live here if they get the chance!

We absolutely loved TheCHARLI (and Jon)! With its modern design, amazing amenities, kind staff, and cool look and feel of each unit, it truly didn’t feel like a regular apartment building. Although we didn’t end up choosing living here, it came as a close second and we will hopefully get the opportunity to live here sometime in the next few years! Jon specifically made us want to live there - he was simply the best.

The Charli has been such a lovely place to live! The apartments are modern and have a very clean aesthetic, you are walking distance to tons of fun places downtown, the highway access is very close so you can make it to the mountains incredibly fast, and the management here is AMAZING. I’ve been renting at The Charli for 4 months now - their loft layout is amazing! Big open space with exposed ceiling to highlight the candy factory these lofts were originally which is such a cool touch. Parking garage with electric parking options, elevator, rooftop area with fire pits, BBQ, and community events to meet neighbors. Our primary leasing contact, Jon is who I worked with to rent this space - he is awesome, has remembered my name ever since, and is THE BEST to work with if I have any questions. Would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking to move downtown SLC!

I've lived at The Charli since just after they opened (over two years ago) and I've really enjoyed it here. It is within walking distance of so many great restaurants and my favorite coffee shop – Publik. My apartment has an incredible view of the mountains and city. The building is located in a part of town that is developing, but I've always felt safe here. On top of everything, the management and maintenance teams have been very responsive and helpful when something needs to be fixed or any sort of issue arises.

Lovely apartments with a generally great location. Lived here for 1.5 years and thought the management team were very reasonable and easy to work with/generally responsive. While this apartment complex lacks slightly in amenities the staff do have monthly events that help you meet neighbors and the finishes are great, not to mention new modern appliances. Jon from the management team has been particularly helpful throughout my tenor and if I ever move back to Utah I’d consider the Charli as a place residence again.

theCHARLI is 10/10. Alexandra is literally such an angel, she has been so helpful during this renting process! She answered all of my questions, helped me get my application submitted, set me up for an on-site tour before the complex is finished, got me setup for my resident-portal account and help me choose the perfect apartment home. I love everything about theCHARLI, from the beautiful painting to the warehouse/factory style building, the big tower building with amazing views, the roof top hangout spots to the hands down amazing customer service.
